# Meet Beth CosiBeth Cosi is the founder of Dwell Somatic Studio, a boutique wellness sanctuary in Charleston dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with greater ease and resilience.For over fifteen years, Beth has guided students through transformative movement practices that cultivate awareness, reduce pain, and support lasting well-being. Her teaching blends Clinical Somatic Exercise, yoga, breathwork, fascia-informed movement, and mindfulness to help students develop a deeper relationship with themselves and their bodies.Known for her precise cueing, compassionate presence, and ability to create a welcoming environment, Beth empowers students with practical tools for nervous system regulation and self-discovery.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing begins with awareness and that every person possesses an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and transformation.Beth is a Certified Clinical Somatic Exercise Practitioner, Level Two Tensegrity Medicine mentee, Level Two Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy practitioner, and Certified Yoga Teacher. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of Memphis and brings both intellectual curiosity and embodied wisdom to her teaching.Prior to opening Dwell, Beth founded Bendy Brewski Yoga (2011–2024), an innovative movement that helped pioneer the yoga-and-brewery concept across the United States. Through this work, she introduced thousands of people to yoga in approachable, community-centered settings and became recognized for her creativity, leadership, and commitment to expanding access to wellness practices.In 2025, Beth opened Dwell Somatic Studio to create a more intimate and intentional space for healing, education, and connection. Today, Dwell offers a unique blend of somatic movement, yoga, breathwork, fascia therapy, workshops, retreats, and community gatherings designed to help students slow down, listen inward, and thrive.
As the only Certified Clinical Somatic Exercise Practitioner currently practicing in South Carolina, Beth brings a specialized perspective that bridges modern nervous system science with embodied movement practices.
